Great publications on ATV Starter Start

SO Far so good Customer Service came thru w/ an AC charging cord they left out Charged it up & used on some tires great in that respect will see on Batteries everything else works good Great to have for that needed Back up or to help someone in need
My atv won’t start at all. Any clue?
I just got a 49cc mini atv but aside from it being 49cc, the point is that it won’t start at all. When it was given to me, I was told to get a new CDI and an ignition switch. So far I got the CDI only.I bought a new battery and that didn’t solve anything. (The old one ATV Starter Start was completely dead)The new CDI didn’t work either. (Didn’t notice any difference with the old one)I tried soldering the old ignition switch but when I connect it and turn the key to “OFF”, it starts smoking. So I know power goes through it. Could it be that the ignition switch is blown? It has a built-in starter instead of a kick start. Could that be the problem?My last thought is that it could be the ignition coil. Someone tell me why it won’t start up. No lights, no cranking over, nothing. I’d like to get this thing started up. (I’m going to post this in another category to get more answers as well.)
