Free connected guide for Black ATV Fender

Black ATV Fender was beyond my expectation. I had gotten at least 10 times less value of Black ATV Fender.
What is a good device or chemical to remove paint from a plastic atv fender?
I bought a 79 honda atc 110. The plastics are not cracked or scuffed at all (Verry good condition despite being 31 years old and the flat black paint thats chipping off in sevral spots), The red plastic underneath is shiny and like new where the paint has flecked off. Thouhgt about using wax and grease stripper but was concerned it may ruin the plastic. Black ATV Fender Any Idea’s?Im not looking to repaint it, just remove the crappy flat black spray paint, and polish the plastic to it’s origonal honda red-ness.Thanks to everyone whose answered. The kerosene method didnt work, but certainly didnt harm it. The paint stripper method makes the plastic slimy when done. The 800 grit wet sand did verry well, it’l take me 3 years to get it off, but works extremely nice. 3wheelerworld.com’s method is a bit drawn out for the plastics I have as there is zero deep scratches. Hell, there isnt hardly any light scratches. This thing was adult babyed all it’s life and then hillbillie-ized later in life, but mustve died prior to a major hillbilly thrashing. I like the 800 grit bit soo far, any faster ways?(I ussd an old plastic off an 81 200 that had a similar fate, but is already practically destroyed to practice on)
