Dell Laptop..HELP??!?!?!?!?
Hello,Ok i have this Dell Inspiron [/contents/pc/ordinateur-portable.php3 laptop]..it’s a Inspiron 1720 to be exact. It was acting very slow..and it had said my [/contents/virus/virus.php3 virus] protection was expired, so I went online to get the virus protection stuff, but it would never load the site. It would load sites such as Myspace and Facebook, but no site where I could download protection. So I reintalled my Vista disc to see if it would work. I must have done something Two Promp ATV wrong, was I suppose to delete anything before I reintalled it?? And now, when I turn it on it brings a black screen. At the top it says “[/contents/win/winintro.php3 Windows] Boot Manager.” It gives me two choices “Microsoft Windows Vista” and under that it has another “Microsoft Windows Vista.” When I click the first one it brings me to another screen titled Windows Error Recovery..gives me the choice of going into safe mode, safe mode with networking, safe mode with command promp, last known good configuration, and start windows normally. When I click on Safe Mode it brings up another black screen with a bunch of codes, and just sits there and pauses and does nothing. It does the same thing with safe mode with networking, and safe mode with command promp. When I click on “Last Known Good Configuration” it brings the screen up where its got the bar, with the green thing, acting like its loading, but never loads. Does the same thing with “Start windows normally.”PLEASE HELP ME!! WHAT DO I DO??!?!
