Bought the kit, which is small and handy to carry on the 4 wheeler, but sure glad I did. The very next weekend I picked up a long nail on the trail and developed a small leak. Went by the directions and had it fixed and back running in no time. Good price no problems. Thanks!

im making a mini bike, so this is what it says:We suggest framing the mini bike from 1″ tubing. You could certainly use common 3/4-in. pipe if you were so inclined. If you don’t have a tube bender, you could join straight lengths with angle iron. But make sure the joints are reinforced since the frame will suffer severe stresses from jolting over rough terrain. Formed channel or a custom solution is needed for the frame base and transmission rack and steel plate for the engine deck. For the axles, we don’t recommend threaded axles if you intend use on rocky terrain by scraping past stones. Instead they can be retained with cotter pins and washers. The uprights of the front fork section are also 1-in. furniture tubing or 3/4-in. pipe. The cross members, including the two pivot brackets, are angle iron. These are spaced so that the frame’s steering column will seat snugly between them. The lock pin is then dropped through. This pin is 5/8-in.-dia. rod, with an L of 1/4-in. rod welded at the top. This hooks over the upper pivot bracket to keep the pin from dropping through to the ground. It also provides a handle to facilitate withdrawal, once the cotter pin at the opposite end has been removed. Unless you can lap this pin into the frame column for a snug fit, it should ride within bushings pressed into both ends of the column pipe. In the model shown, 5/8-in. I.D. bushings were used. As we said, if you’re going to do some heavy duty off road driving, you may be happy down the line if you don’t use threaded axles. Or, if you do, use bushings to ensure that ATV Parts Tires no thread is exposed when the wheels are secured. But you can also use special pivoting retainers and forgo the threads. Make your own retainers by welding an L-shape of 1/4-in. rod to one face of a washer large enough to slip onto the axle you’ve chosen. The Ministry of Health has issued its first clinical guideline on the diagnosis and treatment of precocious puberty to ensure that increasing incidents of the condition are properly managed.

The guideline, released late on Friday,in Wuhan, capital of Central China’s Hubei province follows a scandal widely reported in August about infant girls , undergoing breast development after being fed milk powder suspected of containing a high concentration of sex hormones.

After commissioning its own tests the ministry dismissed the claims. It has, nevertheless, instructed clinical doctors to improve their understanding of the condition, their ability to diagnose it and to monitor its rate of incidence.

In the newly issued guideline, which is a trial version, precocious puberty is defined as any girl under 8 years old or any boy under the age of 9 who exhibits secondary sexual characteristics, such ATV Parts Tires as enlarged breasts, the onset of menstruation or genital development.

The guideline said that associated symptoms of the condition, which affects one in 5,000 to 10,000, include the appearance of underarm and pubic hair, rapid growth, advanced bone maturation and behavioral problems.

An endocrine specialist at Peking Union Medical College Hospital,Wu Xueyan said that investigations conducted by the Ministry of Health found the infant girls in Wuhan, who reportedly exhibited signs of early puberty, had none of the condition’s associated symptoms and were therefore not genuine cases.

“Mini-puberty” commonly takes place in infant boys up to six months and in girls up to the age of 2, she noted.Mini-puberty is a surge of the hormones gonadotropins and testosterone in early infancy.

Because of the medical knowledge about mini-puberty is limited, though some experts view it as a normal stage of development.

Internationally, there have been rising cases of early puberty, particularly among girls in recent decades.

At the year of 2010 ,study by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill found that twice as many white girls in the US had undergone early puberty during the ages of 7 to 10 for unknown reasons.

Among the 1,200 girls included in the study, more than 10 % of them exhibited breast development between the ages of 7 and 10, an incidence rate of 10 %, whereas a comparable study in 1997 had a 5 percent lower rate of incidence.

The rising number of girls undergoing early puberty has been attributed by some experts to environmental factors like their exposure to chemicals.

However, Wu Xueyan said increased awareness and reporting about the condition have contributed to a rise in the number of cases being diagnosed.
