Don’t be fooled by the picture, these stickers are large. The large M is huge ! haha. I know it gives measurements, but i couldn’t picture how big that’d be until i got this in the mail. pretty sweet

WHAT WOULD I TITLE THIS MOTION?
Brackground in brief: Was stopped by the game warden while traveling on my ATV. Was cited for not having a current off road decal. Montana state law requires ATV riders to purchase the off road sticker and then Decal Sticker ATV DISPLAY IN A CONSPICOUS PLACE UPON THE VEHICLE. The warden didn’t realize i had the sticker until he stopped me and then spoke to me. Its my position that the warden didn’t have probable cause to make the stop and, therefore, any information he seen or learned is inadmissable…. I think?I have an omnibus hearing this next week. I want the court to consider my argument. What would I title that motion… Probable cause determination? Motion to dismiss? Not quit sure. Any ideas?
