What upgrades would be necessary to get a 2006 Seadoo RXP to go 78-80mph?
As I just stated, also would re routing the exhaust help with horsepower gains or would it just make it sound sweet. Either way I am getting it, I would prefer Riva Racing Performance Parts and I mean I know how it all works to benefit power but how is it installed, for the necessary upgrades will the installation be difficult, as in I should take it to the Seadoo shop for them to work on it instead ATV Exhaust Parts of me(I have rebuilt a single cylinder(ATV), a V8 and a lawn mower, I have never rebuilt a 3 cylinder so please let me know so it can be ready for the upcoming season)Don’t listen to “Darin H” because i have done plenty of research only to find out that the RXP-X’s are electronically limited to 70 mph, otherwise 255 would be more than enough to get to 77-78. All they did was replace the intercooler with a larger one and same for the supercharger, a lot more for upgrades that I could get for less and do better. I don’t understand why I would buy a new even more expensive one to only have to spend even more to get it to match the performance of my rxp with most of the same upgrades for a cheaper price???? impressive 0-50 time though, could be improved by one second though by some engine work, I know people who live in NJ who win speed traps going 100+ with modded RXP’s oh well though, I’ll let him keep thinking that. LOL
