how do i go about starting an atv riding club???
our local law enforcement has always been ver laxed about atv’s on local county roads. here recently people has been abusing the privelidge of riding all over the county on an atv by driving wreckless, ATV Outlaw going too fast, spinning doughnuts in front of peoples houses and a bunch of other things like that. those few outlaws has ruined it for everybody else that behaves right. i someone could start an atv riding club that strongly promotes safety and respect for county property and other peoples property, i believe the county law will become a little bit more forgiving.how do i go about checking the feasability of this idea, then start putting together a real club or association????
