For a complete solution for your ATV plow, get this 8′ synthetic rope and the Warn W69373 fairlead. You need to replace your fairlead anyway, so you might as well get this one that has the large bottom roller. You should also get the Warn 80831 (4505-0291), synthetic 3/16″ x 50′ winch rope for summertime riding. I suspect you’ll never have a problem again with broken winch ropes when using a plow.

If you are thinking of buying a quad bike, for work, sporting, or leisure purposes then youd do well to consider a Honda.

Honda has a pedigree in ATV (all-terrain vehicle) manufacture and distribution going back to the 1970s, and has a reputation for producing highly durable, robust vehicles.

One of the first qualities to look for, when hunting for your Honda quad bike, is time-honoured reliability. As one American outdoors enthusiast recently put it on a discussion board, this is one tuff wheeler…I use it for hunting, work and trail riding. Another farmer commented that they had been somewhat lax in getting the vehicle regularly service-checked, but this didnt seem to matter their Honda quad just continued working for years. Furthermore, in a comparison of six agricultural quad bikes made by different manufacturers, and published in Farmers Weekly in 2008, the Honda Foreman S model came out with the overall highest score: in particular it scored highest in the maintenance category.

In order to benefit from ATV World the reliability, and durability of your chosen Honda quad bike, if you are buying new you could check up on this by posting a question about your potential new model on a web forum devoted to ATVs, and hopefully youll get helpful replies. If you are buying secondhand, then ask to look over any relevant servicing and repair documentation. If possible try to take the vehicle out for a test drive, and if thats not possible ask to see any photographs, even videos, of the Honda quad bike in action.

Honda ATVs are also well known for their manoeuvrability and fuel economy. Some common features are: power steering, highly supportive suspension providing a smoother ride, and electronic shift functions giving increased traction in tight spots, and tricky situations. Do check with your Honda quad bike seller in particular about the power steering feature. Moreover, some Honda quads now come with automatic transmission, allowing for up to 5-speed auto gear shifting. Its also worth asking if your prospective Honda comes with one of the slicker fuel-injected engines, enabling, amongst other things, a more frugal consumption of fuel which is both good for the environment and your wallet.

Another great feature of Honda quad bikes, which you can look forward to as an owner, is that maintenance and repair should be relatively straightforward. This stems from Honda being a global brand, with an established UK HQ, based in Slough. Dealing with such an established brand means that there should be no hunting around for impossibly rare parts, as sometimes arises in vehicle repair situations. Furthermore some quad bike retailers double as repair specialists, and have Honda qualified technicians on site.

Finally, when you buy any vehicle bearing the Honda brand name, you will be benefiting from the rich Research & Development ethos of the company as a whole. As Honda is the worlds largest engine manufacturer then its quite possible that the insights that inform one type of engine design might well feed through to the companys versatile quad bike range.

Bought this winch to go on my 2009 Yamaha Rhino – have rugged woods/terrain on my property, and have been able to pull myself out of every rough spot I couldn’t drive out of with no problems. For the price, should have come with the wireless remote. However, this winch does everthing I’ve needed, be it pull my rig out of tight spots or pull trees out of the woods.

I bought a brand new 750 brute force that had this POS made in China Warn RT 2.5 installed on it.

First time I went to use it – it went into freespool and then would not come out. Leaving me stranded in the woods and with 50 foot of wire out.

I suggest you buy a cheap winch instesd. I’m through with WARN.

  • Granfield says:

All around excellent set for replacement lights for ATV. Mounting brackets allow easy install for any type of install, and light up the night very well. Would highly recommend these lights.

  • Fuentes says:

They system is quite cheap. The quality is cheap. The speakers are all plastic.
Not sure how “Waterproof they are” My right speaker stopped working after a week.
I have mine mounted on my KLR650

this amp is good for mp3 hookup but the FM radio is not loud enough and doesn’t pick up stations very well

  • Gewecke says:

For the price this is a great sound equipment, you can hear it clear and load.

  • Hardy says:

I have a 2005 Honda Rancher everything fit in the utility box beside the gas tank,I used velcro to keep it from moving around. The radio really impressed me then I hooked up my mp3 player, this little outfit has a good volume on the speakers, It is real easy to hook up and all the hardware came with it.I am well pleased with it. All my friends are ordering there’s now….. Thanks Buddy

I purchased rope hoping it would be a resolution to damaging cables when plowing. Not the case. Rope broke after an hour of use. I do not recommend this product.

  • Fuller says:

I have used this Warn ATV rope now for 2 years and am very happy with it. I replaced my steel cable because it couldn’t handle the wear and tear of lifting and lowering at the same place on the cable. The other review says the rope broke after 1 hour, I would guess that he did not replace the rollers in the fairlead that were all chewed up by his bad steel cable. I recommend this product

  • Jager says:

I am very please with this product, it is extremely convenient so you can access your battery to keep it maintained in easy to difficult area`s. Good price, very fast shipping, even a day earlier than the estimated time.

    Thank you,
    Doug H.
