Purchased this winch for my tilt trailer to pull non-operational vehicles up onto the trailer. This is a very nice setup. I made a quick release attachment so I could remove it from the trailer when not in use. I also purchased the remote and the battery cable hookup that attaches to my pickup battery. This was a great setup. Thank you
where to sell my atv and what next one to get?
i am 13 and i live in upstate ny i have a 2006 xtreme tantrum 90 atv purchased it for 1500 brand new its in good shape probably 350 miles on it no problems every things good except the battery Electric ATV but we have a kick start and if we get a new battery that will work fine and i just want to no where to sell it where i will get my moneys worth and how much to sell it for now to the second thing i am looking for a bigger atv something with 4×4 band new and possibly fuel injection and id like a good snow quad with a electric dash my trails are big lots of narrow and Rocky retails and steep in my woods so if anyone could help that would be great thanks

Installs relatively easy, just need to take your time. I have used in in two small snow storms with a 54″ blade, works great!
I installed the Warn Plow Actuator on my Toro ZX525 Zero Turn Mower. I could not figure out why Toro used the mower lift to lift the Plow Blade. My arm and back ached. Installing the Warn Plow Lift was easy, but I had to mount the unit on the front of the tractor to not interfere with the Toro plow angle lever. The Warn makes quick and easy work of clearing the snow.
I purchased this just over a year ago from Amazon. While I considered purchasing a fully operational winch that mounted directly to my ATV, I chose this model which was designed to work with the Warn plow I had purchased. While there were other winches that cost much less, I recognized the Warn brand and figured that it would last a long time. I used it about four times last year and it worked as expected.
The main problem with this winch is that it mounts on the plow, so it inevitably gets packed with snow and needs to be cleaned out several times to keep the gears clear. I store my plow and ATV in the garage.
This year, I went to use the plow for the first time. Towards the end of the night, the winch motor stopped working. Now it clicks and smoke comes from the motor. Im not sure what the problem is exactly, and Im still waiting to hear back from Warn, but their one year warranty ended on my purchase date 13 months ago. I will update this once I receive their response. I am very disappointed to have spent so much money and to have it be garbage after only 5 uses. I would not purchase this product again.
This winch is awesome. Pulls my race car up with no problems. There are cheper units out there but I highly reccomend this unit.
I purchased this winch to install in my car hauler. It was very reasonably priced, shipped quickly, and simple to install. I have used it on different occasions and it works great.
After I first installed the winch it didn’t operate under load. The trouble shooting guide pointed me to look for loose connections. After I checked all the connections I had made the unit still did not work. I then removed the cover and found that NONE of the internal connections had been tightened. After I tightened the connections the unit has operated without problem.
I am very happy with my s5000 superwinch. I used it to drag a old car onto my trailer that hasn’t moved since 1984. Using a snatch block, I dragged the car with 3 flat tires with only the front tires turning. The only problem I had was the cable wanted to roll up on one side. The long control cable made it easy to walk around and do what needed to be done because I loaded it by myself.
